Wrestlers aren't born—they are forged. At Range Wrestling Academy, our camps follow a strict, blue-collar training philosophy: we heat the iron, and we hammer the technique.

We completely eliminate wasted mat time. We do not do conditioning fluff, run mindless laps, or chase flashy, low-percentage moves that fail against high-level competition. This camp focuses 100% of its energy on an integrated, system-based drilling framework designed to build unshakeable muscle memory and foundational positioning that you can repeat and build upon year-over-year.

🔥 2026 forging IRON camp schedule

• 9:00 AM — 11:00 AM | Session 1: Neutral Dominance

  • Breaking alignment using foundational hand-fighting pillars, heavy positioning control, and system-based leg attacks.

• 11:00 AM — 12:00 PM | Lunch Break

  • Mid-day intermission. All attending athletes must bring their own packed lunch and hydration.

• 12:00 PM — 2:30 PM | Session 2: Mat Work Mastery

  • Heavy top/bottom system chains. Focus centers heavily on structural wrist/hand clearing on bottom and relentless tight-waist tracking and breakdowns on top.

• 2:30 PM — 3:00 PM | College Athlete Q&A

  • An interactive, open session with Zytavius Williams detailing elite mat lifestyle habits, advanced visualization strategies, and recruiting frameworks.

• Cost: $50.00 Per Wrestler

• Target Group: Open to all youth and junior developmental wrestlers looking to build an unshakeable system.
