🔥 2026 IRON RANGE SERIES TOURNAMENTS

🥇 Kingsford — Series Kickoff

Host: Kingsford Youth Wrestling Club
📍 Location: Kingsford, MI
📅 Date: Series Opener

The Iron Range Series kicked off in Kingsford with a strong field of competitors and a great atmosphere. This event set the tone for the series — tough matches, well-run brackets, and a focus on athlete development.

Kingsford continues to be a cornerstone of wrestling in the region, and their event launches the series the right way every year.

🔵 Marquette — battle at the dome

📍 Location: Marquette, MI
📅 Date: February 8

Marquette brings high energy with the Meijer State Games and strong competition as the series rolls on. With athletes already settled into the season, this stop is where momentum starts to build and rivalries begin to take shape.

Expect fast-paced matches, tough competition, and a great environment for wrestlers and families. In the largest wooden dome in the world! Seriously it’s a world record !!

🏠 Range Wrestling Academy — Hosted Event

📍 Location: Gogebic Community College
📅 Date: February 15

Range Wrestling Academy is proud to host an official stop of the Iron Range Wrestling Series at Gogebic Community College.

This tournament is built to deliver:

Competitive, well-balanced matches
A smooth, organized tournament experience
A strong atmosphere for athletes and families

This stop is a key moment in the series — athletes are seasoned, confident, and pushing toward the final stretch.

🔴 Escanaba — Series Finale

📍 Location: Escanaba, MI
📅 Date: March 1, 2026

The Iron Range Series wraps up in Escanaba with the final and most intense stop of the season.

By this point, athletes have:

Logged mat time
Gained experience
Built confidence

The finale is where effort shows, growth is obvious, and competitors finish the season strong.
